a traditional story like myths except its main characters are humans and the story occurs in the more recent past than myths, ex. King Arthur

creation myth
a type of myth that explains the origin of the universe, Earth and/or humans

Chaos
a) a lack of order
b) a common state of existence that occurred before the universe or Earth was created

transform
to change into a new shape or a new character

primal stage
first stage of development of something

polyglot
someone who has knowledge of more than one language

primordial
existing from the beginning of time

sibling
a brother or sister who share at least one parent

process to preserve the body after death

to make something sacred with a ritual usually involving oil or an ointment
